Random Encounters, Ep. 45: ‘Lara Croft’, ‘Final Fantasy III’ and 10 Years of PS3

| VIEWS 1271

The old 45 isn’t just a slang term for an LP, it’s also the latest episode of Random Encounters.

We start things off this week with Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, the more old school of the recent Tomb Raider releases and a great time for anyone looking for a bit of couch co-op action.

Next up is Final Fantasy III. Though not the most remarkable game in the series by a longshot, FFIII is a nice little piece of nostalgia for anyone who still remembers when this series was about 4 warriors of light and a certain crystal.

Finally, in our main topic, we look back at 10 years of the PS3, exploring the ups and downs for Sony’s Rocky story of a console. How did Sony possibly come back from the beating they were taking earlier in the generation? Listen in to find out.
